You can return products within 14 days of delivery, whether they are used or unused.
Return Process
Customers must pay for the shipping cost of returned items.
Even though we offer free delivery, any returns need to be sent back at the customer’s expense.
To start a return, please reach out to us at Help@VelouraLiving.shop with your order details.
Once we get and inspect the returned product within 7 days, we will issue your refund or exchange.
Refund Details
Refunds will be given after subtracting any merchant payment processing fees.
The refund will be applied to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing refunds usually takes up to 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order separately.
Conditions
Returned products should be in a condition suitable for resale, but we accept both used and unused items.
